Hey CastleCrafters,
Recently we've been inundated with tons of messages on the forums and support tickets from users concerned that their realms no longer show up in the list.
The reason for this is due to server issues we've experienced recently. There's a little more to it (and I won't bore you with the details), but the way CastleCraft accesses and stores data could put other healthy servers at risk as well. So, as a preemptive measure, we've began shutting down some of the older servers and ones with low activity. This will allow us to better manage the existing servers and preserve data in the case of unpredictable issues in the future.
Long story short: unfortunately realms being gone is a necessary evil.
But there's one more thing --
In some instances there is a possibility WE CAN recover realms and have been doing so lately. If you're missing a realm that you play on frequently, add your realm below and we'll do our best to restore them.

I'll be monitoring this list for realms, and although I might not be able to respond to everyone individually I will read each and every post here.
Other posts about missing realms will be viewed but not approved, so make sure to post here.

It would be nice to get Artifactovol back, but I would not be too concerned about losing it.
Newdale would be really nice to get back though.
I do understand your predicament but ours is we have spent a lot of time building those realms and in some cases spent a lot of money on them as well. -
the sambear realm is missing and was being played in daily.

BELDEN please it's gone...
I have invested over a year of my playing time into this realm as has my alliance the Spartans ... Lack of use is one thing But loyal players who log in at least 3 or 4 times a day and have gone thru literally millions of crystals deserve something more than a maybe .. We have enjoyed this particular realm as an alliance as its been well over a year unfolding as a story in its own right... We know weaker players disAppear over time but that is when we take over until there is ultimately just the alliance left ... We are not at that stage but were getting close after all the game play !!!! By The way still perplexed by the 10 city rule -
Mamatoca realm! I kept sending messages and tickets and received no answer! I am not an old player but this doesn't mean that I have to spend money in a month for nothing. and then just nothing . "Sorry for you but the server is down and you lost your money". This is really not fair as my last 39.99 euro crystals order I didn't even received because the realm dissapeared. So I don't want to think that if a realm dissapears my money also dissapear with just a "sorry but that's it". I was playing daily and really enjoying the game so please do something about this. Thanks in advance!

Ralnik realm,I lost everything,had to start all over not to mention all the money I spent on gems am I gonna get credit back on my new realm u guys made me start,I spEnt 15.00 on stuff like gems ..help

Just a final comment from simontao leader of the Spartans in the Belden realm ..... We have buildt up a relationship with many players which kept that realm active for over a year..... Killing the realm is comparable to loosing all yOur friends... I have no way of communicating with them I can't find them As we could consider starting again somewhere but together !!!

I understand what you guys need to do but I have spent a ton of hours building and quite a bit a cash without warning. I would appreciate at the very least getting that in credit in another realm.

Hi quaser0 from the Belden realm good to hear from you as this is the only way of communicating with the old alliance.
Like my pal here it really was the only realm I played and not sure unless we could get the alliance together, that I could find the energy and incentive to carry on Please bring BELDEN back !!!!! Don't make us beg -

Hey if u can't restore any of the realms can u at least credit my now lost resources and building levels? I worked hard for them and plus all the realms that are there are locked they won't let me join any they just say new players only all of them do. If this can be done I'll be very great full thank you in advance for taking the time to review this

Radbane was played in daily and new gamers had just joined it would be great to get it back. There are still many people that play on it daily

Do you at least list the servers you take offline anywhere? Mine disappeared about a week ago and I don't completely remember the name. I know it was still heavily used as I was playing every day and noticed people clearing out Dragon Crystals around the realm regularly! The name of the realm I believe was Omusto (but can't recall for sure).
