Sending message and changing the userrname

    Hi, i am playing for 2 weeks. I registered to plus but i could not get rid of gamer identification. And i am not able to send mesages to others. It says underage problem etc. how can i fix it? I am not underage. I am playing via ipad.

    I have the same problem I cannot PM anybody and no one can PM me as well I am a plus+ member already
