Locked out of realm

OK, after only one day of the Kabasix realm being open, I find myself locked out of it. After playing for about 14 hours, the realm shut down and I know can not get back into it. If there is server issues, do you not think it would be the considerate thing for Castle Craft to inform us of this? I spent money buying crystals in the beginning to start, and now I lost everything. Is anyone else having this issue?
